CAR & TRAILER PARKING
Arrangements have been made for boat owners to leave their cars and trailers in an area adjacent to the St Helens launching area, in an area controlled by the City of Greater Geelong. Security issues: this area will be locked, but no guarantees can be given for the security of owner’s rigs.

ACCOMMODATION & CATERING
It is expected that participants in the Festival will sleep on their boats on Friday and Saturday nights. Participants will need to contact the organisers if other arrangements need to be made.

Apart from catered activities, participants are also expected to be self-catering with meals, drinks and snacks.

PROVISION FOR INCLEMENT WEATHER
Alternative activities are planned to cater for any eventuality in terms of weather conditions. Even if it is too rough for boats to be launched, the weekend will still proceed with no change to the major activities.
